All too often there are undertakings in our communities or adjacent to our communities that have direct impacts that have not been considered. These are generally smaller in nature and affect a more limited number of communities but ultimately impact the attractiveness of our communities or affect the property values of our homes. Several of these are on the docket at the moment including the Rocky Mountain Power Beck St. Project and the Annexation of North Salt Lake into Davis County for development purposes. These types of projects impact our property values and/or our infrastructure. They are generally undertaken with little to no public input. They may also be initiatives that, under old/outdated allowances, might have been okay in times past but make no sense in the world of today. The Coalition is challenging these approaches and the impacts that they have on our communities.
